Our Company’s History
EGOM-Terv Ltd. was founded in April 2009, and as its name suggests, the company was originally based in Esztergom.
At that time, the market environment in Hungary was not particularly favorable for newly established construction companies, so in 2012 the company relocated to Győr, where our current team was finally formed. Today, five full-time employees handle structural design and related engineering tasks from our own office.
We consider it essential to meet our clients’ needs at the highest professional standard by using the most modern tools and software.
For this reason, every project is modeled in 3D with maximum precision, reflecting the final built reality as closely as possible. One of our long-term goals is to introduce fully paperless structural documentation. There is already demand for this in our international projects, and we hope it will soon become possible in Hungary as well.
Another declared objective of ours is to support the economical and cost-efficient realization of the projects entrusted to us. We achieve this most effectively through our long-standing experience in the design and detailing of precast building structures. The best proof of this is our continuous collaboration since 2012 with Hungary’s leading precast structure suppliers, either as structural designers or as structural engineering consultants.
Although it may seem less appealing to others, one of our favorite fields is hydraulic engineering and wastewater treatment. We have more than 15 years of experience in designing hydraulic structures – primarily wastewater treatment plant facilities – which is best demonstrated by our domestic and international references.
We believe that the values of the past deserve a future. As engineers, we are committed to structural consultancy that contributes to preserving unique architectural heritage.
